Marie, a work colleague and friend was diagnosed with terminal liver cancer just before Christmas. Marie is only 40, and her son Jake is just 8 years old. An account has been set up by the company we work for to allow staff to make donations to help the family create special memories for Jake. Marie does not have long and the account will only be open until the end of March to give them as much time as possible to use the funds raised:
