I'm transgender and have my top surgery booked for March. I've been saving up for years for this and I’ve just gone through my finances and I’m £500 short of what I need for top surgery. I am a disabled person living on benefits. I can’t get a loan and I don’t have any additional money coming in.

I’m going to lose my deposit and all the airplane tickets and hotels already paid for will be for nothing if I don't raise this last bit. Please donate whatever you can - every little helps.
