On the 21st of May, I will be running the Netley 10k in order to help fund my volunteering project to work with some of the poorest children in rural Fiji this summer.

Volunteering with the Think Pacific foundation, I will be working within the schools of some of the most impoverished areas of Fiji. I'll be providing basic education, including Maths and English, as a teaching assistant for the mornings and delivering extra curricular activities in the afternoon- primarily coaching sports such as Rugby. During the 1 month project, I will be in the heart of the rural community and living with a Fijian family.

Think Pacific have a prestigious reputation in Fiji and provide much needed help to some of the poorest areas of the country, something I hope to contribute to this summer.
