We are Thornbury Christmas Lights Association and we are a completely volunteer organisation who create, display and maintain the displays on Thornbury High Street and the surrounding roads.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions we have been unable to host a switch-on event as we usually do and so have been unable to raise funds in the same manner. We greatly appreciate any support during this difficult times!

As we have working in groups of 6 to support social distancing, we have been unable to service the displays to the level we have in previous years as we decided that having as many displays up as we could was more important to bring to some light and festivities to Thornbury!

Due to this, a number of the displays that have be presented this year will need significant work next season, for which the costs can be quite high. Without our usual fundraising efforts able to take place, we are using the medium of JustGiving to ask for help to keep Thornbury's lights looking as bright as possible!
