Thyroid cancer is a rare life threatening form of cancer, most thyroid growths are benign but 15% of growths are diagnosed as cancer with most people not having the knowledge to check their thyroid glands located at either side of the throat at the front of the neck, when these cancers are detected its usually quite advanced or large in mass, recently been diagnosed with thyroid cancer myself i want to raise awareness so others diagnosed have the right support and others can be aware of the tell tale signs sooner rather then been diagnosed too late
