Story
As part of a healthy lifestyle we should aim to take 10,000 steps a day. However most of us only manage 3,000 to 5,000. Together, we will be
more active, improve our wellbeing and compete against other UK teams.
Mental and physical wellbeing is a crucial part of our daily lives; the Future Steps challenge will easily improve both yours and your workmate’s health in a fun way, whilst also making a real
difference to young people’s lives. We can all incorporate a few more steps into our daily lives – why not take the stairs instead of the escalator or the lift? Plus did you know that a physically active workforce takes 27% fewer sick days?!
