As part of Relate "The Change Project" helps people who have been affected by domestic violence. As a charity based company it solely relies on donations and I would like to help raise some funds towards this Charity.

I would like to thank everyone who sponsored me in the Colchester Half marathon in March. The end total was £298.25 which will be matched by Santander. So thank you very much it's very much appreciated.

7 years agoJust over a 7 Mile run today in the rain. Over halfway on the online target so please keep your donations coming for this worthwhile charity "The Change Project". The charity helps people affected by domestic violence. Thank you for your support so far it is very much appreciated.
