I am Tom Kelly and I play a sport called Boccia. I have had an interest in the sport for 20 years and started competing within the UK in the last 3 years. I dream of playing for England but at present being held back by the lack of a suitable ramp as they are so expensive and this is all that prevents me from chasing my dream.
