So it’s that time once again when I do my annual fundraising challenge.

In the past I have done a 13000ft sky dive, took part in the Kinabalu adventure challenge, Boxed, 10k runs, Tough Mudder, Hackney half marathon along with the London Marathon. I have also recently completed the London to Paris cycle and a 100k jog.

This year I’ve decide to take part in a 10k obstacle challenge Called Rough Runner

In the past I have always raised money for great charities, but this time im raising money for a family that I know who’s child is suffering from cancer.

I have enlisted the support of FitzRoy Lodge Boxing Club http://www.fitzroylodge.co.uk/  to help me prepare for this epic challenge in the hope that I come out of it with some of my body intact.
