Story
On Saturday 1st September myself and a small group of people will be walking from F.R.I.E.N.D animal sanctuary in East Peckham Kent to The Retreat in High Halden near Ashford Kent to raise money and awareness for both animal sanctuaries. Money will be split 50 /50 between both charities.
We will meet outside F. R. I. E.N.D sanctuary at 8.00am and leave soon after and will arrive at The Retreat after approximately 10 hours maybe longer depending on how lost we get on the way! :)

6 years agoWe completed the walk 22 miles in just over 9 hours, thank you so much to everyone who has donated and helped organise this especially Sue for organising map route and testing out the walk aswell as Lucy, Amy and Tegan for doing the walk with me, Nigel for being our back up driver, my sister Wendy and family the quiz and music night to add funds, aswell as everyone else who couldn't make the walk but helped with fundraising as well :) And of course everyone who has donated. We have to the 1st October to collect funds so not to late to donate x
