As you are probably aware I have had the honour of being selected to represent Nottinghamshire Scouts at the 24th World Scout Jamboree in 2019. This is to be held in West Virginia, USA. This is once in a lifetime opportunity to "unlock a new world". A world jamboree is an amazing experience for everyone involved and my unit will consist of 4 leaders and 36 young people who will join 40,000 scouts from around the world to promote peace and understanding of all cultures. During this experience we will develop skills and knowledge that will shape our young people for future generations.
