Here’s Rebeccas Story and how we would like to help her:

In November 2015, gave birth to lovely baby Lola. Two weeks later, she suffered a massive stroke due to the NHS not monitoring her high blood pressure after being released from hospital.

She spent Christmas and New Year in a coma and intensive care , which was very tough as it was not sure if she would survive. This was then followed by another 8 months in rehab. A month after coming out of rehab she was back in hospital in September of this year and underwent skull replacement surgery.

Rebecca is a fighter and may be over the worst but she still has a long way to , as a result of the stroke her left side is now paralysed meaning she is unable to do everything she used to.

Money raised will go towards Stem Cell Treatment for Rebecca which has a total cost of GBP 14,000. The procedure is for chronic stroke patients and has proved effective in restoring motor function, which would mean Rebecca will be able to be more independent and a more hands on mum to both her gorgeous girls Macy & Lola.

This treatment would give Rebecca the opportunity to be able to do the simple things we all take for granted, play with her daughtes Macy 9 and Lola now 1 , pop out with her hubby Rob when the fancy takes them or just simply make a cuppa whenever she wants one.

This treatment will make such a difference to Rebecca, Rob and their girls, to give them the family life they deserve.
