As President of Rotary Amble & Warkworth I'm raising £1,000 for a children/youth project.

As last year, the Rotary Clubs of Amble & Warkworth and Alnwick have joined forces to raise funds for deserving children under 16 years of age in our areas of North Northumberland. The deserving children are identified by their schools as being under-privileged in some way or perhaps deserving for other special reasons, but all are considered to warrant a little extra joy at Christmas.

We raise the funds and use these to buy £15 vouchers from a well known high street store, which we then distribute to the parents, through the schools. Last year we assisted around 200 local children and are looking to grow this in 2025.

Its a very worthwhile and popular scheme and it directly benefits our local children......but it cannot happen without your help. So we hope that you will be able to support this scheme with a donation, whatever you feel you can afford.
