I am looking for you to help me raise some money to help with the ongoing treatment for the beautiful and inspiring little girl Alba.

In December last year, aged only 4, Alba and her family got the devastating news that she had leukemia and since then Alba has been bravely going through chemotherapy .

In order to persuade you to get you hands into your pockets I am going to attempt to complete an Ironman in Wales on the 9th of September. For those of you that don't know what that is, it is a long distance triathlon. Even after training for a year, the distances still scare me a little;

🏊‍♂️ 2.4 mile swim (about 154 lengths of a 25m pool that's if my maths is right)

🚴‍♂️ 112 mile cycle (with over 8000 feet elevation, Ben Nevis is 4000 feet 😯)

🏃‍♂️ 26.2 mile run (the usual marathon distance)

Any sponsorship made will be great motivation to keep me going when my legs are all but giving up.
