Story
Freddie Penny has a rare condition (SOD) Septo Optic Dysplasia meaning he has a pituitary gland dysfunction and underdeveloped optic nerves causing him to be blind since birth with possible growth problems.
Freddie's mum Robyn Gough received the amazing news that Freddie has been accepted for stem cell treatment at a specialist hospital in Bangkok, Thailand. After reviewing Freddie's test results the doctor is confident Freddie will respond well to the treatment and gain a level of vision.
Robyn has started fund raising to give her son the one chance in life to be able to see and has set a target of raising £25,000 by July 2017.
