Following a mass trauma event such as a terrorist attack, there is little if any support in the first 90 days to help those suffering trauma. This needs to change.

Trauma Response Network (TRN) is a team of professional, qualified trauma therapists who have committed their time for free to give UK and Irish citizens affected by a mass trauma event a place to turn for help.

TRN will provide immediate first aid for people with mental health injuries in the same way that ambulances and hospitals support people with physical wounds.

It needs now to raise money to train therapists and to create local support networks. I'm helping to raise funds by completing the North West Sprint Triathlon in September, 2018.
