In April 2017, a very good friend of mine lost her son Troy after a short battle with Leukemia. In honour of his memory, Troy's Travels was created as a way to give back to the community that has shown Troy's family so much support. The charity hopes to raise enough money to buy a new bus for the community. This bus will also be used annually to take some of the kids from the community and Troy's friends on a day out - With Troy.

At the end of July, I will be running my first marathon to help raise money for Troy's Travels.... but not just any marathon... In memory of such an amazing boy and rugby player, I will be running a marathon in true TroyBoi style... 26.2 miles across the Scottish highlands, including the biggest mountain in Britain, Ben Nevis.
