I sadly lost my much loved grandma to dementia just before Christmas. I am doing the Memory walk in Clumber park to raise money for Dementia & Alzheimers awareness.They are cruel diseases that rob the family members of their loved ones, please join me in raising money for this cause to help try & find a cure or offer support to those affected by this disease.
