Trust22 have a target of £5,000 to install defibrillators in the following areas:
North Common, Thorne
South Common, Thorne
Hatfield Road/Kirton Lane, Thorne
Moorends Pavilion
Wyke Gate Road changing rooms
The defibrillators we installed in July in Thorne/Moorends have been accessed several times, highlighting the need for these life saving devices in our community. The areas named above currently have no provision at all. With over 60% of our population residing in these regions, and many more developments under way, the demand for more defibrillators is higher than ever.
Please support us with the installation of the new devices. By installing them we can ensure the majority of Thorne/Moorends have access to this equipment in the event of an emergency.
