Story
My Sustainable Development Expedition in Uganda
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I am hoping to raise £200 to help cover part of my expedition costs. Once there, our team are going to support an isolated community by installing buildings such as sanitary toilet facilities and giving the locals farm animals such as goats and chickens.
Animals like goats are very important to isolated communities who are less economically stable as animals such as goats can produce milk, manure and offspring. This gives the locals the option of selling produce and become more self sufficient, this is therefore sustainable and will be an ongoing project that is in their own hands.
This money will be put towards my own transport and safety costs, money for the expedition project is being raised separately by the team of 16 as a whole.
If you have any questions regarding this expedition, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you for your support,
