Lincoln is a fantastic city but, sadly, there is very little on offer here for children, young people and adults with additional needs. There is nowhere for families affected by disability to spend time together.

Umbrellas Lincoln aims to address this, ultimately by opening a purpose-built centre to help prevent the feelings of isolation that many families feel. Until we can fund this, we are running regular inclusive events at lical venues ao that families can spend valuable time together, improving the well-being and health of all thoae affected.

Most of our fundraising goes towards building funds for our own centre but we need more money to allow us to put on these regular events. We have to pay for the hire of the venues and for resources and, entertainment to allow the families to experience new things in a safe environment.
