Weʼve raised £10 to To be able to stay in his home
- Funded on Sunday, 12th August 2018
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Terry Hutt, 82 Royal fanatic and campaigner for disabled peoples rights, is currently camped out on the bench outside St Marys hospital, London, awaiting the birth of the royal baby.
He has protested to save hospitals, support doctors, get free bus passes for the elderly ( which he won ) among many other things.
In 1984 Terry had a triple heart bypass, followed by multiple hernia repairs, plural plaque from asbestosis, he has arterial fibulation, a shoulder replacement, a pacemaker, and a kidney removed after discovering kidney cancer.
This is why he appreciates the NHS so much and supports them.
Previouvly he has chained himself to the bottom of busses, been arrested, climbed and camped out in trees, put himself before others in his quest to make a better world.
Terry lives happily with his wife, daughter and grandchildren.
Unfortunately, the 27 year marriage between his daughter and son-in-law has ended and now he is unsettled as the family home needs to be sold to settle finances.
He’s a very proud man, helping so many, but it’s hard to see him unhappy when he should be relaxed and campaigning to his hearts content.
