Last week, these two lovely 86 year old pensioners (one suffering with arthritis and the other with severe sight loss) were let down by their insurance company when their boiler failed. Having paid out for years to their insurance company, they have just condemned the boiler and taken parts so it cannot be fixed. They have been left with no heating or hot water just as the temperatures are dropping considerably. Typical of their generation they are considering that at their age perhaps not to get a new boiler as they can boil a kettle and they have borrowed some plug in heaters.

lets see if we can get a boiler before Christmas for these lovely old people.

The money raised will go directly to them towards paying for the boiler installation and take away the worry of how they can afford this luxury we all take for granted.
