My Gabriel was diagnosed with high risk neuroblastoma cancer 3 years ago. After undergoing treatment that consisted of radiation, chemotherapy and then immunotherapy, he went into remission.

Less than a month ago, he complained that he had some back pains and after further tests, the doctors said that the cancer has relapsed and has spread to his bone marrow, bones, blood and now 2 lumps were found on his head. He is now at home with his grandparents in Italy and will no longer be in hospital as there is nothing more they can do for him. He currently takes many pain killers a day. The doctor's are providing him with the best quality of life that he can have for the remainder of his life.

My ex and I got divorced before we knew that our son had cancer. We have not had a good relationship with each other and he refuses to help me see my son. Now, I must do whatever I can to get to Italy and be with my child because he needs to have his mummy. I need to be able to spend as much time as possible with him before it's too late. Unfortunately, I have no where to stay which means that apart from a plane ticket, I will need to rent a room as well as expenses. I am currently in the Philippines, and don't have the money to get to my boy. Please from the bottom of my heart, help me be with my Gabriel.
