Almost 7 years ago I was fighting for my life in intensive care. I had 4 broken ribs, a punctured lung, a fractured spine, a damaged liver and was covered from head to foot in bruises. My ex-partner did this to me.....

I am a survivor of domestic violence and so on Saturday 2nd June 2018 I am taking part in a 5k inflatable obstacle course.

I would like to raise money for an organisation who support victims of domestic violence. They are the Sunflower Centre in Northampton. They are amazing people.

Please give as much as you can to this charity as they do incredible work supporting people who have been suffered domestic violence from people they loved. This is a shocking experience for anyone to have gone through and I know too well how much it means to receive any help that you can from someone who can take you away from this horrendous abuse and offer support and assistance when it appears that there is no way out.
