Story
The pond area on St Helens way used to be an area where many families spent time during the summer months.
Over the years the area as been left, its caused over grown grass and weeds. You can no longer see the pond which makes it very dangrous to many young children living around the area. No parents allow children to play around the area due to the dangers.
After serving many years in the forces I came home to be discussed at the way the Labour council had let the area be neglected.
I am undertaking all the work myself with help from other Veterans from the area. All money raised will be to cover the cost of the hire of equipment. I also want to buy new benches and make an area for children to enjoy. The pond will be brought back to life.
please support and donate what you can no matter how little.

Good luck. Please keep all your kit locked away. Hope you get more donations to help you. Have you thought about lottery funding or some kind of grant from the parish council?
