Weʼve raised £85 to pay for the petrol money to get RACHEL to the vet clinic as an emergency and to cover the cost of her initial vet care.

Story
2018 April 16, Monday afternoon, Subotica, Serbia.
Alone and in a rather poor condition, this is GWP RACHEL who we have just had rescued by friends. RACHEL is a youngster, abandoned (yet another abandoned Pointer in Serbia) with both ears full of ticks. The new grass has brought them all out in abundance and with all her lovely long GWP hair, they have climbed onboard and into her ears, poor girl.
Our vet is waiting for RACHEL to arrive in this evening and will start removing those ticks with a liquid. We are hoping to raise the funds to cover the petrol costs of driving GWP RACHEL (her new name) nearly 200kms from the place where she was rescued, to our vet clinic and then to get our rescuer safely back home this evening.
