Story
I am running a half marathon in October for MuscleUp for Lucas, a charity set up for lovely little Lucas, who sadly has been diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a fatal, genetic, life-limiting disorder affecting 1 in every 3,500 live male births.
When I heard the news, and particularly that there is no cure, I knew that I really wanted to raise money for him and his family to help with their future and continue the fight.
Dig deep people! (especially my' financially fortunate' friends!)
Remember I am not built for running and I've never run this far!
