Nikhil Norway No Night Scout Trip
I have already volunteered for 6 activities over the last six months to raise funds for the Norway scout group. I did this on weekends & found it very good to do .

This includes
Helping on the Yolbury camp international stand
Litter picking at Bright Festival
Car park attending at Bloxham steam rally
Bag packing at Tesco in Aylesbury
Putting up marquees at a scouting festival near Swindon
Fairport Convention - Parking & Litter

I am now hoping to get sponsorship from my family to raise some funds for my Norway Scout Trip later this month , I intend to do this by doing over 10 Mile cycle ride on the 22nd of July across Oxford using some of the ring road to achieve this .

The money i raise will go towards my spending money in Norway , that is 1070 Norwegian Krone ( about £100 is what i'm allowed by scouts to take with me ) and the rest for my kit list including thermals ( as it will be cold) and waterproof jacket etc.

Anything above my target will go towards the scout collective group funds , this will help the group do more whilst we are in Norway ( the collective group , over 40 Norway Scouts , have already raised £10,000 so we can do as many activities as we can )

Norway will have almost 23 hours day time & temperatures around 3 to 17 degrees . My activities include ..Whale Watching Day ,
Hill Climb & Hike , Space Center Visit At Andøya Space Center
in Vesterålen I will take part in an exciting mission, explore the Northern Lights and learn about space travel with Spaceship Aurora! & Meet an atmospheric scientist. ,
Overnight Expedition Climb , Return Expedition & lastly a Beach Clean Plastic Project where I will be Helping to Clear a local Beach
Record type of plastic rubbish , Record where it has come from.
