Help Us Raise £500 to give a gift this Christmas to those in need.

I’m raising £500 to support ‘Lunch on Jesus’, a heart warming charity event run by Mydudu and her dedicated team of volunteers at Whittington Moor Methodist Church in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, UK.

For the past 16 years, they have hosted this special Christmas Day gathering, providing a hot Christmas meal and a warm, safe and welcoming space for up to 180 children, adults and elderly individuals who might otherwise spend the day alone. This event offers them the Christmas experience they wouldn’t normally have.

Each year, this entirely donation-driven event brings people together, spreading joy and kindness during the festive season.

Last Christmas, thanks to generous supporters, we wrapped and gifted presents to 180 guests — including hats, gloves, body wash, deodorant, toys for children, and essential self-care items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and sanitary products. This year, we aim to do the same for 100 children and adults in need.
