Known to our friends and family as 'The Viva's', we are a competing barbershop chorus of 40 women from all backgrounds, who come together for our passion for singing and performing. In May 2018, we competed at the regional Sweet Adelines contest in Newcastle, and won a place to represent the UK at the International Convention being held in New Orleans, USA in September 2019. With such amazing opportunity comes great commitment, as all members of the chorus have to fund their own travel and accommodation in addition to costumes and coaching which is very costly. Viva are on a mission to raise as many funds as possible so that all members of the chorus can take part in this incredible journey.
