West Yorkshire Mental Health Friends is a group set up to support people suffering from mental health issues. They provide various activities from social evenings to an afternoon stroll by the river. Activities are varied to accommodate the often complex needs of service users. Everyone is welcome to join this warm, friendly and completely non-judgemental group and there's absolutely no pressure to 'join in' for those who'd rather stay on the sidelines. Support is offered but there is no obligation to accept. This is very much a 'go at your own pace' type of group which is perfect for those suffering or recovering from mental ill health.
