Wadenhoe is a rural village, rather too far from emergency help, so we are raising funds to support an application for a British Heart Foundation grant for a public access defibrillator. Those who live here and and those who come here to walk, or cycle, or swim, or just to take tea or drink beer......are all encouraged to contribute please. You never know - you might be the one who needs this life-saving equipment!

Raising the money publicly like this will raise awareness and hopefully encourage more donations and involvement, as well as accountability. I do appreciate that there are fees though, which I am prepared to cover. Fees for debits cards are lower than Paypal.
