I've raised £500 to help a student selected by Oxford for Romania study abroad.

I believe that relevant change in society starts with good education. It's one of the causes I care for the most.
It's the strongest tool I have known in building the life I wanted to live and it's still a big part of my routine even though I've graduated a while back.
I know good education can really turn people's lives around, which is why I resonated with the initiatives that Oxford for Romania have put forth: getting students from all across the country to be exposed to new ideas and useful exercises during the summer school held in Oxford, or by raising a scholarship to support 4 gifted children who got into great universities abroad but can't even afford the plane ticket to fly there.
Ever since I was a kid I wanted to study abroad. And although I got in a university in the UK I couldn't leave at the last moment because of family circumstances.
I don't have regreats and I am happy how my life panned ouy. I want however to do my small part in helping these children fulfilling their dreams, and hopefully build a better life for themselves, their families and communities back home.
No efford is ever wasted.
