Story
On Saturday 5th May Dylan Trenado & MH Bland will be Walking to Become Dementia friendly. Dylan will be completing a 50km walk which equates to 5 times round the Rock. The aim is for everyone in the community to be able to recognise the signs of dementia and help the person and families affected by dementia at whatever stage they find themselves. Dylan wanted to do something to help as he has seen the effect dementia has had on his own family. So often people feel they are going through their pain in isolation. This is his way of saying, ‘you are not alone and it’s ok to talk about it.’
