Recently retired Ex Brit small businessman left penniless following the 450 million Euro Government Scandal @ the Nürburgring, Germany seeks to raise war chest funds in support of up and coming legal Court cases.

Kenneth Harris says; "I had heard many war stories about the Finanzamt (German Tax Authorities). I just thought well really; no one likes paying their taxes do they?"

Happenstance:-A letter from the Finanzarmt to say something like. "You are a criminal. Its OK. Pay us some money. Then we forget about it."

I thought I am not a criminal. This is wrong and cruel. I took the hard route. Legal fees alone cost me twice as much.

Afterwards I wrote a nice letter to the CEO of Finanzarmt, Koblenz. I proposed I come in and formally present some of my many experiences and ideas for better accounting (and tax collection) @ the Nürburgring.

After 30 years of selling the benefits of accounting systems to Corporate & Government organisations and also after 5 years, in my new life, of trading during the whole Nürburgring Scandal I thought maybe I can be of some help?

I referenced many other well know Nürburgring organisations where this direct approach was warmly welcomed.

Coincidence:- Next came a 7:30 am knock @ my door with a warrant to search my home.

1 x Policeman, 1 x Doctor, 5 x Finanzarmt Officers (some from the Forensic Investigation Bureau). I reclined the offer of an appropriate adult.

There were so many new cars strewn about my village that my nice neighbours were concerned I had a death in the family.

After 5 hours they took away some papers and then waited another 12 months for another visit to my home to say it was all over.

Then arrived a hugely inflated tax demand from 2008.
