On the 11th of June, Susan Freeman unexpectedly passed away at the age of 56. She was a beloved Mum, Daughter, Sister and Nanny and loved by the small residential community she became a part of 2 years ago.

This community helped my mum during a very difficult time and she gained close friends who became a second family to her.

We would like a bench and plaque to commemorate the love my mum brought to and received from this community to be placed in the residential area which became the happiest home she's had in a long time.
