Is Child labor legal OR illegal?

It is a common stand among both aid organizations and experts that child labour is acceptable as long as it is in fair conditions for the child. But child labor is illegal when children are not in SCHOOL, when they use dangerous tools or perform hazardous tasks.

What we are planning?

We are planning to open evening schools for those kids who can't go to school in morning. We will provide Books, Computer training, Language Courses, technical skills & so on.

What Provoked us?

A study led by our team reveled some facts.
1: 30% of Families think education can't change their children life, because a good life is only the born right of few
2. 64% Families want to send their children to school but their financial position does not allow that.
3. 6% families were already sending kids to school

Of these 64% families, 91% were agreed with idea of evening schools.

How we intent to Spend donations?

Total amount will be bifurcated as per activities. To ensure best results, top level practices will be applied. E.g. Books/computers will be the property of organization (This will enable more and more children to be benefited from them over a long period of time) etc.

Financial Aid for excellent performing children to help them financially and to make them give more time to education instead of work.

How it will benefit society?

There is a proverb "He who opens a school door, closes a prison"
We aim to find diamonds from the mines of coal.

Just a small thought, have you ever seen a well fed stealing from shops, or committing crimes on streets?

Child Labor is a curse which leads to child abuse, low standards of living, criminal activities, drugs, smuggling etc.

850+ Children are expected to be benefited from this program at it's first stage.
