We have one more room to create in our Well-being Hub. This room will used for younger children and people with sepcial needs. Yoga Autsim sessions mainly 121 basis and groups.

Creating a beautiful and calming space for them. A light sensory room will be amazing for them.

Last October I hiked Scarfell alone in the rain and raised money for my friend who had cancer, so I thought I would take my next challenge to Wales to climb mount Snowden with my two sisters who are apart of our amazing Well-being Hub. Then next year we will take our hike to Ben Navis...
