Please help me with my extreme complex situation. My children are being sent back to their father in a US-UK international Hague Treaty battle just because they were born in the US.

I returned to the UK in December 2016 with my two children with the consent of the children's father. Soon after my ex husband turned against me and filed for abduction, only after I reported him for threatening my family and me.

Now, under the Hague convention my children are being returned to the US without me by their side. They are 5 and 3.

Due to immigration issues I cannot enter the US. This is because my ex husband and his family are illegal immigrants in the US and because of this I had to over stay my visa when I became pregnant.

As this is quite a complex case across the borders I need a specialist lawyer to deal with my case to get my children re located back to the UK safe and sound. Unfortunately the legal aid I received to represent me completely messed up my case and missed out key evidence and now I have lost the opportunity to get them back with the support of the state.

Getting access to a specialist lawyer is the only chance I have in getting my babies back our of an extremely dangerous household with my abusive ex and his family.

As well as being exposed to domestic violence, my ex husband is addicted to porn and prostitutes and has been a very absent figure in our lives. My children and I were exposed to some of my ex's family members dealing and consuming drugs, and other types of abuse.

This is the only opportunity I have to fight for my children and get them out of there.

The psychological damage this will cause them will be irreversible, particularly since I have raised them by myself since day one. They have never been seperated from me for even one day let alone an indefinate period of time.

The thought of them being without me is really scaring them and I cannot imagine them going back into that household. My 5yr old wakes up at night crying saying she doesn't want to go back and clinging on to me consistently telling me she needs me.

I am in desperate need of help and support during this very challenging time in my life.

Please please spare anything to give me a chance to fight for my babies whom I may never be able to see again.
