Wenvoe Colts are a club that inspires every player to become and stay involved in football for generations to come. We accept that every player is different, with this in mind - we encourage each an every individual to express their skills in whichever form this may be. We've now seen a significant rise in player numbers including many female players join us in the past few months.

With the rise in numbers a fantastic achievement itself, there are financial burdens that also comes with it. It would be very easy to follow suit (as all other clubs have done) by issuing a closed door policy on any potential new players that are looking for a team or worse still have been let go from another local team.

We truly believe that every child should be given the opportunity to enjoy playing this fantastic sport that we call ''football'' and that no child should ever feel secluded because he/she does not fit the mould of other clubs.

I have no doubt that we will continue to grow with our OPEN door policy and hope that this will provide a happy and healthy group of players at our club for many years to come.
