Grin Theatre Company is Liverpool's longest running LGBTQ theatre company and we are presenting our annual festival of new LGBTQ plays as a curtain raiser to the cities Pride celebrations in July 2018. We have hardly any funds but we make up for that with a hard working and passionate team of actors, directors and writers. We want to make this years Queertet the BEST ever with your help and your extra kind donations. The money raised would go towards costumes, scenery, tech, hiring of venue, travel costs etc. The festival of new plays will help develop new writing in this important area of LGBTQ fringe theatre and also provide a platform and a voice for new and emerging performers and creative artistes within local fringe theatre. Just by raising funds we can actually get the show up and running and put the pride back into our local LGBTQ theatre here in Liverpool. Your generous donations will not only help us to present the biggest LGBTQ theatrical event in Liverpool and the North West UK but it will also enable us to make a donation to SurvivorsUK ( a support group for male survivors of rape & sexual abuse), a worthy and vastly unfunded charity in the LGBTQ community.
