A pupil who i have worked closely with over the last four years has recently learned his Mum has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and doesn‘t have long left to live.

Obviously, his emotions are running high and his motivation for school is somewhat suffering. With the summer break approaching where I lose contact with him, I want him to know that he has the support of not only myself, but many others.

With his and his family’s permission, I’d like to use this as a platform to do something for them and help out where I can.
