I will be running my first ever half marathon (Worcester City) in just over 3 weeks time and although people may think I run a fair amount of miles, I certainly am not in the same league as Mo Farrah. This will be a challenge, I will be pushing hard and I will succeed for this brilliant cause!

I have chosen to raise money for Fort Royal Primary School. This school is close to my heart. My eldest son currently attends this school and even with my sons complex needs all of the staff are absolutely brilliant and I couldn't ask for any more. I will be running along with two other friends, one also has a child attending this school.

Fort royal school have a wish list of items that children need to improve areas of curriculum and improve school environment. These items are not catered for in the schools budget so any amount I can raise to support with this or anything else which the school may need I would be so grateful of your support!

Fort royal cater for any child from age 3-11 throughout the whole of Worcestershire
