Hi my name is Ann and I'm 54 from Lancashire. I have 4 children and 5 grand children. I am currently a catering assistant and cleaner working 30 hours a week. 

Before people start thinking this is a scam, I'd like to give you a little background as to why I wanted to prize my home. I understand how hard it is to get on the property ladder in this day and age, my daughter knows this first hand. But just to settle any concerns, my children are not allowed to enter this prize competition. 

I'm at the age now, where I want to spend more time with children and grandchildren. I work in 2 demanding jobs that are taking their toll on my health and I want to reduce my hours. With having a mortgage,reducing my hours is not an option at the moment. I have had trouble with estate agents with people turning up unannounced or not showing up and not being informed, but working 2 jobs, it's difficult to be around apart from at weekends. 

The idea of doing a prize competition came after I have seen different articles of people selling their home this way. I think it's a great idea, I sell my home and someone wins a home without a mortgage.

I have checked the gambling website and this is not a raffle but a prize competition where there is an element of skill involved.
