I am helping a close charity to my heart. Called True Vine Trust for Tanzania. Registered Charity No:1127158 The Charity have built a school in the Maasia Steppe in Tanzania called Mgtuwa Secondary School.

This school helps children who are very poor to have an education to get a better future with experienced teachers. They also live at the school. Crops in this region have failed due to lack of rain. Consequently food prices have risen.

No rain = no water. Solution is hand digging a well. But they need a better way to get this, A Wind Water Pump does a better job. No climbing down for water and better access to be automatically pumped up. This will then provide water for the students teachers and staff. Plus for the field they grow there own produce to survive. At present water from the well is accessed using a generator. Which is very costly in Diesel to operate. As the Maasia Steppe is extremely windy, this type of pump will be ideal in this situation.
