Story
In 2016, a group of Guyanese men and women living across the globe decided to do something to help inspire and nurture the ambitions and dreams of Guyanese women and girls. We wanted to raise their voices and help them to reach for the stars.
To help us to do this we established Women of Kaieteur, a global empowerment network aiming to help women and girls in Guyana through education, enterprise and empowerment.
We have had a fundraising launch which is helping to fund our first WoK grant and we are also seeking funds via this campaign for educational grants for the academic year 2017/18.
