Story
My mum was diagnosed with Metatastic Adenocarcinoma of the left lung and bone cancer in September/October of 2017. All Drs can do is give her palliative care. My mother has 5 children 4 of whom she can no longer look after herself due to her illness. She has made a bucket list of various thing she wants to do before the cancer makes her too sick to do them, she also wants to be able to carry on supporting her 5 children for as long as possible. My sister starts senior school in September 2018 and my mum would love to be able to help with the cost of her uniform which at the moment is impossible. My mum used to be such a lively outgoing and active person but now due to the illness is very limited in what she can do due to having only one functioning lung and lesions on her spine. It is very difficult for me, as one of my mum's carers, to see her like this especially at the tender age of 43.
I care about my mum so much, I want her to be able to do the things she wants to do before she gets too sick. I want to see a smile on my mum's face when she is doing something she cares so much about
