We are raising money for a much needed new roof for our clubhouse at Worthing RFC which is in need of emergency repair. In the first 2 weeks of February the whole club (from minis to adult teams) are all going to be covering 2021km between us to raise money through sponsorship and donations. The 2021km distance will be completed by 14th February.

Our Coach Phil has agreed to walk the target given to us of 115km but as a squad we are hoping to boost the kilometres either by walks/jogs/runs to help our section try and get the most kilometres completed by the 14th February. If we raise enough and the section that gets the most kilometres completed by the date could be in line for a brand new set of Playing Kit ready for the 21-22 season.

Since March 20- we know the club has lost out on valuable income generation and also stability. We as a section would of put quite a few beer tokens behind the bar and therefore we are asking that each player/member donates a recommended amount of £20 to help the club get funds available for the new roof so the club is ready for rugby when we can return after the pandemic.
