Story
With the stress and anxieties of the world we live in everyone needs a little peace in their lives. Yoga and ancient mantra meditation is a means by which anyone can experience real inner peace and fulfillment of the heart. Yamuna has experienced this from the time she was born and is trying her best to give it to others too. She is distributing wonderful literature on this ancient technique amongst all of the local community and also care institutions and charities. Please help happy little Yamuna make others happy
